Fixed Income Loan Program

 

We offer fixed rate loan packages that are secured with a 1st lien position, interest payments paid monthly and are paid in full at close of project. (Usually not exceeding 9-12 months)

We offer 5%-6% interest rates which are based on 80% Loan to Value.

Draws are structured based on percent of completion with onsite inspections to verify work completed.

Development & Construction Partnership Program
