Customer Involvement Team
Tony has been in the contracting business since 1978.  He obtained his General Contractor’s license in 1984 and in 1986 he became a partner in M & J Developers.  In 1992, he became the owner and President of M & J Developers, Inc.  Tony is involved in every step of the home building process from initial customer contact to closing.    Through his leadership and vision,  M & J Developers has evolved from a business building homes to an organization offering strategic building solutions in home building and remodeling.
   
Brad has been with the M&J family since 1987. His interest in residential drafting and design began in high school, where he began to draw house plans professionally. After high school, Brad received a degree in Architecture from Guilford Technical Community College. While Brad’s passion is to draw and design houses, he also takes part in the estimating process and handles all material delivery schedules. 
   
Melissa joined the M & J Developers’ family in October, 2001.  She started as general office help, but quickly developed into our Customer Relations Specialist.  As an M & J customer, you will quickly become acquainted with Melissa as she guides and assists you in the selections process.  In August of 2002, we also welcomed her into the Johnson family when Tony’s and Barbara’s oldest son, Aaron and Melissa were married.
   
Erick joined the M & J Developer’s family in 1997.  He is our Field Representative and is involved in nearly every aspect of construction of each home we build.  Erick’s area of expertise is the design and construction of custom detailed specialties.  Such specialty items are an enhancement to any project, adding beauty and value to every home.  As an M & J customer, you will meet with Erick at various times throughout the construction process.  His detail oriented approach during the construction of your home will ensure that the final product is built with the quality construction that M & J has built a reputation on.
