M & J Developers Inc. offers our customers two full-time design consultants
to assist in drawing floor plans, elevations, 3-D images and site plans to assist our
customers with the information to make decisions with their home building project.
We also work with many people who wish to build their own home or need help in
working through the increasingly complex permitting issues. We can assist you in a
complete quote for a turnkey project or be involved in only certain stages that you
may lack skills or expertise.
Our design and consulting services can be custom fitted to your specific needs and
may also involve site inspections, help in acquiring subcontractor quotes and material
bids.
Home Remodeling
M & J Developers Inc. also offers remodeling services to assist you in
adding to your existing home. We can help "reconstruct" drawings of the existing
conditions of your present home and help you visualize the completed project.
