We at M & J Developers are concerned about our environment and the high cost of energy in America. We believe the best feasible answer to address current energy issues is conservation. Energy Star Qualified homes are built to be 15% more efficient than code enforced homes constructed in accordance with the 2004 International Remodeling Code (IRC) and include additional evergy saving features that typically make them 20-30% more efficient than standard new homes.
Our commitment involves effective insulation, high performance windows, tight construction and duct systems, efficient Heating and Cooling and includes 3rd party testing to assure our customers that we are serious about taking positive actions to reduce high energy cost for our customers.
